I've done it, but it depends on location. You don't setup online, just bring it.
You can drop at jfk if anywhere in NYC is ok.

Pickup location: LGA (or near LGA that can take a taxi from airport)
Drop Off location: Lakewood, NJ (or within 20 min drive)
Pickup date & time: Oct 24, 5:30 PM (landing at 4:30)
Drop Off Date & Time Oct 25, 5:30
Age (if under 25): 22 (I have USAA and AAA with ID...)
Best quote: $225+ from Hertz LGA

The Hertz locations near the airport (HLE, not the Hertz LGA) are a lot more reasonable price wise, but they close at 4 PM.
Avis and Budget were very cheap but are too far out from Lakewood.

Any suggestions?

how do you plan on driving PHL - BAL? Is there a tunnel?
