I opened on the 3rd, did 10 transactions that day, then on Day 20 pulled 5K into the account (assuming it was like a CC that the day of the "swipe" is the day it counts as.
Turns out it has to clear, which it only did the next day. I called and explained why I thought it was unfair, as 20 days should be something in my control, i.e when I initiated the deposit vs clearing which can take a couple of days.
They offered me a minimal amount of points as "they understood my concern and felt bad" but er terms and conditions these is nothing they can do to make it count towards the bonus requirements.
Anything more I can do to get them to count it, or gotta just swallow this one?
