THANKS NETZIH!!

I am still looking for data points as to whether people skipping the flight to YYZ will get partner credit. I believe the earliest flights available in this deal were in November (although if I'm wrong and people were already able to take some of those flights, please correct me), so I assume we'll have to wait until mid-to-late November for the brave individuals who chance it to educate the rest of us.

1) Don't credit your miles to United. There have been many reports of United miles being clawed!

For some reason, I don't get the impression that this is quite as large as the LY glitch, so perhaps it's not as stinging to US.

US is also about 50 times the size of LY, and unlike LY, they have other profitable routes.

I booked two tickets for my wife and I but I need to get back to chicago from either toronto or phili. I have united miles but I looked on their website and said a flight is 25k for one way from PHL to chicago is that normal pricing for such a short flight?

You can hope that saver award availability opens up closer to when you are going.  That will be 10k each one way on UA or 12.5k each on AC.

Ya i saw only one flight is saver award availability and its at 6:15 am and I arrive at 7:15 am into philly. How long should I wait for the saver award deal?

But can figure out where ppl got things for 300
