I'm not saying Beckett is conclusive proof of their value; I said "it should give [him] an idea of how much they're worth."

If he has a limited edition Michael Jordan rookie card, walks into a dealer who offers him $75, and sells it, he is going to be mighty disappointed if Beckett valued it at $7500, even if he could "only" get $2500 real world.
Plus the condition of the card doesn't mean anything if Beckett says the card is worth $5.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

My point is call someone honest. He can give you a proper answer.

I can tell you personally there are items (this story is not about a card) worth $30,000 and sell for $2,000.

It's all in the hands of the buyer.

The guy I know will tell you either it's worth nothing or it's worth alot but I dont need it or it's worth and I'll pay for it.

Pretty simple :)

Most Refractor cards say "Refractor" in small on top. Also all refractor cards have a shiny colored tint when you turn the card. Its very noticeable. Feel free to Pm me on any Sports cards or autograph question. Im also buying autographs if anyone has.
