I've had already 5 times today the BOC was in stock and I clicked it well before it sold out and it keeps me in the waiting room until it's gone.

This is on the app and online.

Just had one go through. Tried a few times today, for this one I had ad blockers turned off and I was out of the waiting room before it sold out. Not sure if that why...

They don't call it Bag of Crap - they use a different version of the BOC acronym. Eg for today - check on this page https://sellout.woot.com/plus/birthday-woot-off-leftovers-2

Let me clarify.

Woot does not have a permanent listing for BOCs. Instead, during a Woot-off when they cycle through deals until they run out, they insert BOCs in between listings. So you have to keep watching the woot-off and refreshing as listings sell out, hoping that you will catch it as soon as a BOC (which will have some creative name but always the same brown-bag picture) is put up, and that you can snag one the millisecond it goes up, before it sells out. (You will usually be put into a wait screen, which pretty much means that you missed it.)

There are some tricks to improving your chances, but nothing has worked for me yet, so you may want to ask others or Google it.

Yeah I agree with you. Most of the items are returns/used and would likely only be able to be sold on EBay or Facebook marketplace for a fraction of the listed price.

I just got one last week (forgot to post pix) and most of the stuff isn't worth much to resell.
