I had 1 ffn before I did a 2bm. Then I called to put my ffn on my AA reservation and they gave me 3 choices.
Unless it takes some time for them to merge.

Today they said they have a VERY firm policy that if you have exceeded the max number of pulls within the last 6 months they absolutely cannot approve it. (business AA)

You're SOL probably. Citi sucks in the first place, but when they give you the denial reason of too many inquiries in past 6 months, in my experience nothing helps. I even wrote to executive office and they wouldn't budge.

did anyone do a 2bm for citi AA business visa and MC? if so, did it result in 1 pull? i know there's on ongoing discussion on this topic on FT, but havent seen a concrete answer yet.

If no on the above, does a 2BM for citi (1 business and 1 personal card) result in 1 pull or 2 pulls?

the curious thing is that in my experience, all pulls done on the same day get aggregated into 1 pull by the CRA. I've done biz and personal 3bms with amex and chase, and have only gotten 1 pull.

My first call was about my AA Visa. Now i called about my AA Amex and the rep told me that besides for the 50,000 after spending $2,500, i will get another 25,000 if i also spend $750 within 3 months. I asked her a few times if she was sure, and she was adamant. I took down her name and time and date of call. Anyone think i'll get this honored?

Amex - Consumer + biz = 1 pull
Chase-  "                   "  = 2 pull but YMMV
Citi-       "                   "  = 2 pulls
