who can i contact at aadvantage to get my account reopened?

@12HRS- i recvd exact same email and acutllay provided all details too.
my account is still opened as i did fly with aa on a short domestic flight and my platinum status came up.

i spoke with Advantage rep yesterday, i lashed out at them and the rep apologized and said she would escalate the call and have a supervisor contact me.
lets wait and see.
so it seems from all these posts that it wont end well....

platinum status showing up on a flight does not say much. booking another flight with points would be a different story

i did rent a car with avis which i usually recieve anywhere from 200-500 miles for and it did not accumulate.
i will try and spend points and see what happens- im just afraid they see that as another violation if terms since its locked
i didn't check my account ( its locked)  but i still get my monthly statement emailed.
