I think its a volume game, Think about the branding and trust Airbnb, VRBO ETC built over the years... I've used lakewood host in the past and we were really happy, but they offering is very select and dont know how scalable it is. You do have companies doing it in Israel. But in the end in America we are a very niche market.

correct, we are a niche and it won’t be a billion dollar business but it can make someone a parnasa.

Also, NYC just basically banned airbnb.

• Do you vet the kashrus of the customers?
• Does everything get kashered between uses?
• If not, what makes it kosher?
