NYC - LAX - HNL - NYC (12/
« on: August 18, 2011, 08:50:46 PM »
Hey all. Im trying to book a trip for my sister and her family and in laws.
They want to go from NYC - LAX 12/2 earlier in the day, idk when shabbos starts.
Then from LAX - HNL 12/4 at whatever time of day.
Then finally from HNL - NYC 12/11 also whenever that day.

They are 4 adults, 2 children 2-12, and 1 infant 0-2 (that they want to get a seat for), but afaik that still just means 7 regular tickets. Also, they want each leg to be non-stop.

I personally have an AA account w/ 116k, and a BA account w/ 107k, that I would like to use toward this before I start digging into my AmEx.

I just checked out milewise.com and found:
12/2 JFK-LAX Virgin Flight 399 @ 9,256 pts pp
12/4 LAX - HNL AA Flight 287 @ 17,500 pts pp
12/11 HNL - EWR CO FLIGHT CO14 @ 20,000 pts pp

Total PP will be 46,756 and I can use up my whole AA account (will just have to top it off with 6k).

I know this is a decent amount of work I am asking for, but if something does work out as per someones suggestion Im sure we can work something out. :)

Thanks!

Thanks :) Most of the flights said they had 7 available iirc, and for sure they all had at least 5 (that's the most milewise.com lets you search for at once).
Any tips otherwise though?
Thanks!
