Why would you say that? There is one promotion and three ways to sign up for it. It's just saying that they are not stackable

I didn't know you can sign up for sbs via fb/4sq.

It actually looks like they removed the option to sign up through LLL and now it's only on the regular FB page and foursquare. They also updated the T&C accordingly

How about if someone here has a small business, would you swipe cards and keep some for yourself? Lets say I have 5 amex's - you swipe 5 X $25 and give me back $100! Reason being is that Im in Israel than!
