No need to wait 2 years.
So after how long is it safe to apply?

There isn't a real answer to that. I just applied 7 months after closing my SP, and got declined due to having the card less then 24 months ago.  Everybody here says you can get approved right away even within the 2 year period, and unless your getting an instant approval, I, for the life of mine, don't understand how, if the system rejected you because of the 24 month rule, how you get around that.
Every rep. I speak to repeats the same thing, that you cannot get approved for the bonus again within 24 months.
Life is as good as you make it...

My current Exp score is 682, as per Amex. Is there a chance I'd get an instant approval on the CSP?

If you are solely relying on an instant approval, I would not apply.

Any idea if the 50k ends tonight? Thanks.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

It is known that it can be a bit more then precisely 90 days. Also, if you think about it, the lingo usually is 3 months. 3 months is not 90 days.
