so there are some features I had question on the Bolt EUV
1.one pedal driving
2. there is lever you can pull to slow down instead of using break pedal.
are both of these regenerative breaking is there is a difference between the two?
should I be using these features if so for saving on break pads?
One pedal driving: Car regenerates and feels like it's breaking as you lift your foot off the pedal. For example if you're going 40mph and see a red light 500 feet ahead, you just take your foot off the pedal and by the time your car reaches the light, you'll be at a complete stop. That means as long as you want to be maintaining speed, your foot has to be on the pedal (unlike a gas car you can maintain a speed without being on the pedal for nice amount of time). For the first few weeks it feels wierd, after that you can't live without it.
Leveler: Also amazing. It literally just regenerates and brakes slightly harder than one pedal driving. Sometimes I realize that I'm almost at the red light, but if I don't slow down faster I'll pass the white line, so I'll click on the leveler which will slow me down more.
