I had to create like 7 accounts until i figured out how to get it working
You get 100 MB and you're able to send 20 email a day

• YOU MUST CREATE THESE RECORDS FIRST
  create a mx record in your domain's DNS records mail.dnsexit.com on port 10
• create a mx record in your domain's DNS records mail2.dnsexit.com on port 30
• create a ne TXT record v=spf1 include:dnsexit.com ~all
• create a new CNAME name: relay._domainkey target: dkim.dnsexit.com
• https://dnsexit.com/services/free-email-hosting/ create an account click on the free plan
• go through the "payment" process
• now you should be on your dashboard go to this url in a new window change yourdomainname.com to your domain name https://dnsexit.com/MailHosting.sv?actioncode=1&domainname=yourdomainname.com
• now go to add mail box and add the email you want and set the password make sure to set the quota at a 100mb
• now you can add this to the email app of your choice
• If you want to add it to gmail go into your gmail settings go to add account>check mail from another account>add a mail account now put in your email then you user name is name@yourdomainname.com enter you password uncheck SSL
• then go send mail as add new email etc. check TLS

I couldn't get it to work on my lg classic if someone gets it to work let me know

When you buy a domain from Ionos ($1 for first year usually) you automatically get a free email account.
