So, traveling with a large family and we got an email today that our flight was canceled by Jetblue. They rebooked us into pretty poor options that leave a few hours later and from/into different airports. Is there anyway to get them to rebook me on a different airline or do I need to stay on JetBlue? Also, the ticket was booked through Chase points if I just cancel what will happen with the money, will it be refunded to Chase and they’ll change it back into points? Thank you
