i just received my SPG card in the mail. in the card agreement it says the following: "Eligible purchases for rewards points do not include: purchases or reloading prepaid cards and purchases of any cash equivalents"
Dan - do you think this means that if i use the card for vanilla card purchases i will not earn the new card bonus or points at all? same q for amazon payments. i dont want to waste vanilla cards if they wont earn rewards points...
please let me know if you are aware of this and if this is a change...
do you think all the credit card comapnies will start instituting this to block earning points with loopholes?
