help my blackberry bold 9930 just stopped working

out of the blue, i put it down on the table, a minute later i picked it up and there was no sign of life i tried taking out the battery holding down the power switch for 2 min charging no lights or anything verizon will send me a new one but i would like to know if there is anyway to get contacts/call history ? or make it work? any ideas??

Did u try connecting it to a computer?

did u make a back up?

did not back up assist
