You say that, but it's not like just because 20,000 (making up a number obviously) live in a particular providers 'coverage area' that means you can get an average of 100 people to come in each day. Add to that the fact that
Moderna's Pfizer's (though Moderna's is also 2 doses) vaccine needs 2 doses, and the logistics start getting complicated for a smaller, rural healthcare place.
