All the regular air Canada numbers seem to either not go through or ring for hours. I am flying Sunday and urgently need to change something. Any ideas please?

did you try this already? http://www.aircanada.com/en/travelinfo/delays/index.html
I once had to call them during a heavy storm and it was impossible.
