They're not going to have real data on that as many couldn't get a coin.
People who wanted to back out before the coin went live were able to just cancel their "opt in" so they didn't really break any rules
And people who only decided to opt out after 1pm presumably already put their order numbers into PFS website (since it had to be done by 1pm). So PFS should still be able to tell which of that group backed out vs. legitimately didn't get the coin.
So really the only group that can't be meaningfully tracked are the ones that opted in, were able to get in on the coin, and sometime between 12-1 when they were supposed to put their order #'s in decided to sell it elsewhere.
I'm guessing that's a small subset of the total population that did that.
At a minimum, PFS should be able to compare how many order #'s were entered on their website vs. how many packages were actually shipped to them. I doubt he'll release it, although would be fascinating to know
