After sending in the email above, to Goldpassport@hyatt.com, with the screenshots of my SPG GOLD STATUS and an SPG stay within the last year (I'm actually in a Westin ATM), here is the confirmation email I received upgrading my Hyatt Gold Passport  (of which I just created online in response to this offer).

I also only sent in one screenshot that shows status and stays ytd. Didn't include a screenshot of an actual reservation. We'll see what happens. Still waiting for response.

Here are some facts:

SPG:
Platinum will be given HY Diamond status.
Gold will be given HY Platinum status.

Hilton:
Gold will be given HY Platinum status.

These are the only 2 programs they are matching from, expect a delay of 24-72 hours for the status to show up.
