Yes. Exact day of first app was Oct. 24, 2014. Date of 2nd app was March 3, 2015--so about 4 months and 1 week?

Also, downgrading within 60 days doesn't automatically refund annual fee? Was wondering why some people had annual fees waived first, then downgrade.

If seeking for waiving annual fee, does it help to not have the fee paid? Or does it not matter?

I just got the card last month, miles haven't posted in US Air account yet. Looking for a quick turnaround time to hopefully get another app in before card disappears.
