Can be waived as long as its billed to the room. 2 examples are PHNY and Andaz 5th

Call and ask is your best bet.
Of they offer it at the next door garages they'll tell you.

Hyatt can be very flexible breakfast wise for globalist. I've never paid anything.

One Hyatt was like " you can spend $140 total "

I'm pretty sure they consider all their rooms suites. The points calendar only shows options for suites and I checked cash rates for months into the future and the smallest available room is over 800 sq ft.

yes I have had issues. 2nd guest generally does not work in Hawaii especially at the main properties: Andaz Maui, GH Kauai, and HR Maui

no benefits until account holder shows up which can be avoided by doing a GOH and the guest will get free parking and free breakfast and potentially an upgrade
