Without opening a can of works...

What is The Bahá’í Gardens? Isn't it something with Avoide Zara? or totally unrelated and permissible?

De Karina workshop is a waste of time, and they're very unfriendly. Very good chocolate though.

Galita is much friendlier and has a better workshop.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I've been there on probably over 10 trips totalling over a years amount of time there and would still rather spend bulk time in Jerusalem. Each to their own

We are planning on taking the bus from Jerusalem to the Dead Sea for the day. Which is the best beach that is possible to get to with the bus and that also has mud? We would also like to do a water hike which can be Ein Gedi or something similar, is this possible with public transportation? Any recommendations for hikes close to Dead Sea beach?

There a bus to the to a private beach during the during summer, its called"Chof Kalya", check local signs in the Chariedi neighborhoods .
Not sure it runs during the Sukkos... if your not looking for sperate beach hours that may also be another story.

Hiking-  close to the Dead Sea there are some hikes on the way down to the Dead Sea or check here:

May be less water here this time of year but we loved this one: https://hikingintheholyland.com/2019/11/21/nahal-bokek/
Fresh water here minutes from the Dead Sea hotels.

This restaurant is popular near Tzfat and it has a Bdatz Hechsher
Cool eating area overlooking the barrels

When I was there most of the food was inedible. Might have improved a bit but it's definitely not gourmet. Great concept though.
