What is the law that I can tell them? I tried asking for a refund originally, and they told me no. I didn't know of a legitimate reason for them so I didnt push further.
Us and Israeli law and is written in their T&Cs under rule 20

A. Delta’s Liability in the Event of Schedule Changes, Delays and Flight Cancellations

If there is a flight cancellation, diversion, delay of greater than 120 minutes, or that will cause a passenger to miss connections, Delta will (at passenger’s request) cancel the remaining ticket and refund the unused portion of the ticket and unused ancillary fees in the original form of payment in accordance with Rule 22

 United refunded me on cancelled CC, which did not accept the funds
UA claims they can't tell that it was not refunded and i need letter from CC company stating that card was cancelled
happen to anybody here and have good idea?

2 wait a few weeks and they should get a pingback that the funds were not received (good luck getting high enough up the food chain to someone that would know how to look for that
3 Involve the CFPB

It is normal
They see a payment was issued
A payment can stay as pending for a while without being accepted
Once it is rejected someone needs to manually connect the reject with the PNR

If works if they claim they sent it and the bank didn't receive
Your complaint is on the transaction discrepancy not on the refund

JetBlue flight was originally delayed by 30 minutes, then a disturbance from another passenger caused the whole plane to deplane, and the flight ended up leaving 2.5 hours behind schedule (including the original 30 minute delay). Any chance for compensation?

The delay. I acknowledge that it wasn’t within JetBlue’s control, but many times companies will still offer of compensation to inconvenienced customers. I’ve seen situations where a guest of a hotel (usually a child) pulls the fire alarm in the middle of the night, and the hotels offer compensation for the inconvenience, although that was obviously outside of their control.

You can request whatever you want just don't expect anything

UA domestic flight delay 3 plus hours due to airplane technical issues, had to deplane and sit on tarmac on both flights. What compensation can I expect or ask for? Thanks

They auto sent out he vouchers after the delay reached 2 hours.
We figured they were useless as we were already on the second plane.
But then we deplaned again so we used them for drinks and snacks

When requesting compensation, I got a response within 10 minutes with a $50 flight credit. Is that the standard?
