for the picture. Truth is , I always look around the room with lights on after doing bedikas with a candle / flashlight

Many/most? use a candle just for the bracha as sort of a zecher and afterwards check with a flashlight. My understanding is that keeping the lights on or off at the point is basically personal preference

If one is doing Bedikas Chometz in a store that he owns, after he already did a Bedikah at home with a Beracha and the 10 pieces Etc...

At the store, you don't hide 10 pieces, or make a Beracha Etc...
You just check for Chometz...

Not like this. It's pretty clear that there are other sources of light in the room beyond the candles and the camera (if this was even taken with a flash).

Rabbi Berkovits said that Rav Elyashiv laughed at him when he asked him about it. "You are trying to find the chometz - why would you turn off the lights?" RYBs explained that the power of light - all light - is stronger at night, but it doesn't need to be a ner. He still lights one but the flashlight does all the work.
Historically, ner was all they had at night, remember? (Avukah was too dangerous to use for checking for chometz.) Similarly, feathers were the best micro-brooms they had. Not sure what the story is with spoons.

Earliest time slot available was on YT, so it would possible be קובע מלאכתו ביו״ט. However I checked off to accept early drop off, for which there was time for.

It would perhaps still be questionable if I can use it on YT similar to any קבלנות which is completed on YT. However the רמ״א is מיקל לצורך יו״ט.

Not קובע מלאכתו if you do not need it דוקא to come on Y"T, and there is adequate time to be done beforehand. If they choose to deliver on Y"T proper, that would be considered אדעתא דנפשיה

Simple fix, Put lock on cabinets.

There was one single shopping bag of the last chometz placed on top of a closet.
3+4 yr olds rigged up a some contraption using two office chairs and broomsticks... to get the bag down.

(Murphys law  My kids are usualy tame and well behaved - B"H I'm not at the point of one of my friends who literaly has padlocks on every closet in his house!)
