I noticed frozen blueberries from Costco(krikland) had a kosher parve writing but no symbol.  anyone know who is behind that and if reliable?

Not one bit. I would be surprised to see a reliable kashrus supervision on a hotel/resort/cruise (except where the place is actually owned by owners who care about kashrus themselves).

How reliable are the Kashrus organizations when certifying large frozen fruit brands of infested fruits like berries etc. Does Dole for example actually follow all the stringent washings required for those fruits?

The kashrus organization is certifying that it is kosher, that includes toilaim issues.
