Woman in store said bovine. But can't imagine they only source from kosher. I know there are poskim who day gelatin doesn't need to be kosher. Just didn't think the ou held of that

What's the OUs policy with gelatin? I found marshmallows from a not heimish company that has an OU and lists gelatin as an ingredient.

I noticed frozen blueberries from Costco(krikland) had a kosher parve writing but no symbol. anyone know who is behind that and if reliable?

How reliable are the Kashrus organizations when certifying large frozen fruit brands of infested fruits like berries etc. Does Dole for example actually follow all the stringent washings required for those fruits?
