Its a old code and it's flagged for ID at many locations. I would suggest a backup reservation just in case.
I picked up my car this morning from phl. It's a mini van one way to lakewood for $51.
I got on the avis shuttle and the driver asked for my name, screen said cntr, (others on the bus had cars assigned). I figured they wanted to see ID because its flagged. When we arrived to the lot the driver called out their names and told them the spot number, by me she told me to hang on. Driver radioed in and they said they're printing the contract. Driver then told me she's going in to get my contract for me. The inside guy ended up coming out to the shuttle - contact in hand and asked me if this is a business rental, to which I replied yes. He gave me the contract and out I went.
So I guess this is a flagged corporate, but worked for me.
I hope when I return to the freehold location that they don't cause any issues, doubt they can.
Obviously when the driver told me to hang on I didn't harass her and ask why, just continued making small talk with her...
