It is still available and you can use Sole Proprietorship in branch.

Someone help pls? I got the chase bold finally after 2 week wait, and my SM for 70k was denied! Any specific way to ask for it? Compare from other people? Beg? Or just simply ask repeatedly, I.e. Harass them?

Yes, the 70k match is not happening anymore.
70k is only for the deal with an AF. If your AF was waived, they will not match to 70k. It happened for a few hours that they matched 70k even for those who got AF waived. That was it and then it was over.
