I confirm that your Platinum Card was issued with a welcome offer for 50,000 bonus points when you spend $1,000.00 in the first three months. As long as you've met this spend level by the end of June, your bonus points will be issued within 6-8 weeks afterward.

I reviewed our promotional offers and found that there are no active offers for 100,000 points at this time. The offer for bonus code 3882 was valid from April 19, 2010 through July 19, 2010 and is no longer available.

Note- this agent is claiming the promo ended in 2/11 not in 2010. I replied that I had applied for my Platinum card in Jan while this was still an active promo and to please reconsider.

My response also stated that it was over on 02/14/2011 , however I applied for my Platinum in March and they aren't budging .

Did you also do the 50K bonus match with your Gold card , that also seems to be holding me up

So reapply for the platinum at worst you will only get the 50K bonus

I just got approved for the plat 50k and the gold 15k.what's the best way to go about raising the bonuses?
Go for the gold first cuz that seems like a sure thing?or go for the plat first that way they don't tell me don't be greedy and then try the gold?
Or how about both at once?
