I was just approved instantly for a biz card. I've had many AA cards, personal & biz, but never had one for this biz. I hope they don't send me an email stating that it was a mistake.

Yes, I still have an AA Mastercard with a 80K line and a business card with a 20K line.
I also had an AA AMEX but I converted it to a Hilton last year to get HHonors Silver or the lifetime of the no annual fee card.
The current AA Mastercard got approved for a 20K line...I just hope it comes!
Just got my new Citi AA MC!
Return of the churn!
YAY!!!!

Holding my breath...Citi just sent me an email that a MC is coming to me within 4-7 days!!!
My first new AA card in almost a year I think!

Was it indeed one year? Did you apply at all in between and got turned down?

About 11 months, and yes I have applied a couple times in between.  One time I was instantly approved but then got the "no churning letter" the next time I got "wait 14 days" and then got the "no churning letter"
This time I got  "wait 14 days" and then got the card!

Just found out I was approved for the Citi AA Biz Visa and it's on its way! I've had all the AA cards before and got rejected for all my applications once they cracked down. My only question is if they will actually give the miles. Chase used to issue the cards and just not give the miles.

I actually changed a lot of info in this app.. I spelled my name with one letter off, used a business name and tax ID instead of my social, and left the AA # blank.

I've never heard of Citi not giving miles once they issue the card...but I'll find out soon enough!

The 35k mile offer for only $750 in spending is now back with an 8/31/2010 expiration date...

I'm ticked...I signed up for the card a few days earlier when there was only a 30,000 bonus...I wanted a World Mastercard for renting cars in Israel (about a $5 per day discount).

Any idea if the old offer also had first year free?

Dan, how do you pace yourself so you don't sound the alarm with too many credit requests? Do you not apply for more then a certain amount in certain time period?

Got my card!
They gave me a 1k limit though I have some 30K+ with my other cards. I'm not interested in buying from the mint. I'd like to get a fully fully refundable airline ticket bet. 750 and 1000$. How do I know if it's fully refundable and I'll get all the money back (no fees or exchange)?

Southwest.com "business select" or "anytime" fares are easily refundable online.  Even if you miss the flight and don't cancel before hand --- still 100% refundable.

I've hit the max by buying refundable tickets before.  Then continue to spend at a normal pace.  When I finally reach the necessary spending limit on my own, I cancel the refundable flight.

U reach the reqiured spending threshold to get the miles. Once the miles post, return the ticket.

Of course you can always go the honest route and buy an AMEX GC if you need the miles right away...
