That means that when he saved it after he changed the pic he saved it at a lower resolution.
Ended up going to staples as they were the same prices elsewhere not much of a difference when it comes to such small projects and they did a beautiful job, the picture I swapped for the higher resolution came out beautiful. Thanks so much,and staples has where you can choose any custom size which which was great as the picture was square.
