Just called amex. They said the promotion was over booked, and they've already given out as much money as they are planning to. Said people who participated but didn't get the credit will have priority next year.

Huh? That means those who didn't get credit yet will not be credited back in their account? That's absurd.

I chatted with a rep earlier and he told me that my remaining credits will post tomorrow. I guess I'll just wait and see.

I think one of the expenses they take into account is overtime to answer all the important questions about when will my credit post

I got all my credits except for the Penfed and Macys, It'll prob go through in a few days.
On a side note i swiped at GCR using the rented CC terminal and i ended up with about 9 extra charges and they said they will refund it next week once they figure everything out.
Seems like they are pretty overwhelmed but at least they said they'll issue a refund.

Got 32 of 35 so far. 12/12 on card 1 (including AU), 11/11 on card 2, and 9/12 on card 3. I used all 3 cards on all the same vendors so I don't see any reason why only 1 card isn't fully credited. Will continue to wait.

EDIT-- I only got credited on 30/35. I found he vendor that I haven't received credit for. It's actually a moderate sized pizza chain (Pieology), but all of the restaurants (including the one I went to) are on the AMEX SBS map. If I don't get the credit within 1 week, I don't know if I'm going to call. $50 is a lot, but I really don't want to draw attention to the 30 transactions I did get credit for.

How many transactions did you make. I did 35 and I wouldn't have the guts to call and inquire about my 5 missing credits after I took advantage of a loophole.

2 of my recently added AmEx AU cards and five serves (on two accounts) never arrived in mail. I'll chat AmEx CSR to try and get credit for the two AmEx cards that never arrived and I couldn't swipe on SBS, but I don't like my chances of getting anywhere with serve CS
