Dell is $50 more for a 1 generation newer processor (15% faster, new gen integrated graphics). Honestly probably unnecessary for you, and Acer makes more sense. Maybe someone else can weigh in.

IMHO don't buy such a weak computer. It's a low-power processor and a mediocre 4 GB of RAM.
