As many of us know by now, many times representatives of all kinds of companies have no idea what they are talking about, others simply turn people's requests down just out of laziness, without properly looking into the matter.
Representatives don't always stick to the rules of the company, for good or for bad..
Hence the HUCA concept:
When you don't get what you want you Hang Up and Call Again, HUCA.
For awhile now, each time I had success due to HUCA I thought of starting a thread where people can share their accomplishments. I just got around to it.
