Is it just me? Or their CS lately is horrible, literally horrible, nasty, disagreeable, unpleasant, horrid, awful, dreadful, terrible, appalling, horrendous, disgusting, foul, revolting, repulsive, repellent, ghastly; obnoxious, hateful, odious, objectionable, offensive, insufferable, vile, loathsome, abhorrent.
Used to be a soft spoken representative with an English accent and for that alone the way they treated their customers I enjoyed doing business with them, but lately I feel like I committed a crime when speaking to a rep.
Just one of the latest, ordered quite a few shirts and within a few hrs I realized I ordered some in slim while I wanted Xtra slim. And cuff vs button and.. some minor changes, the website even tells you that you have the option to amend an order within a certain time frame(but what they don't tell you, get ready to be shot at for calling.)
So to summarize I asked to have a few small corrections and joked around I'm so sorry for troubling you and btw is it a bother for you? And was shocked to here him say yes indeed it's quite a bother I would need a few minutes to amend your order for what you want. I didn't know if he really changed all the details or just heard me out and hung up, but when he called me back 2 minutes later which shocked me, he asked so calmly oh I'm sorry since I made changes to the original order the payment method seems to have fallen off I would need you to reenter the payment details...
And even today when called about some shirts that I want exchanged in their closed packaging he was barking at me, IIRC his name was Neil or something.
Sad that the bigger the company the worse the CS.
For some odd reason amazon being one of the biggest out there has some amazing reps, a pleasure speaking to them.
