Sharepoint / OneDrive

Setting up a sharepoint team site and going to each workstation and logging them in and syncing the documents so the folder shows in file explorer. One on machine, after clicking sync the onedrive login page pops up like normal with the email pre-populated, after clicking sign in all I get is plain white.

It's similar to this https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/onedrive-shows-blank-screen-when-i-try-to-add/a019b98f-cc86-4950-aab7-c6559018b7ea but in this case there are no personal accounts signed in.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled onedrive but it's still no go.

It's a windows 11 machine.

Short of uninstalling office entirely which I'm very reluctant to do anyone have any other ideas?

I've got another issue now.

I'm trying to grant permission to an external/guest user to a document library, normally a straightforward task but no matter what I do the user gets this error:




I've already tried the suggestions in these 2 articles but to no avail and I've spent over an hour with the completely useless Indians over at microsoft support

I had a similar issue and was able to grant from a different device (ie mobile).

I tried from 4 different browsers on 3 different machines in 2 different physical locations. I finally got someone at microsoft who seemed to know what he was doing, he took all sorts of logs and packet captures and now I'm waiting to hear back
