Kudos to you bro, although not sure what you're Hava Amina was
A few people highly recommended it. It was only once I started planning activities did I realize it's not for us.

Cross posting https://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=135513.0

Planning a trip to Bahamas and would like Kosher Shabbat meals and Shul for Shabbat.

I'm seeing mixed reviews for the Hyatt Baha Mar.

I loved the experience at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun. How's Hyatt Baha Mar compare? What are my other options with the Shabbat food/shul in mind?

I am visiting Hyatt Bahamar next week (Jan 2024) with my wife and 4 kids (6ppl in total).
I have 2 King rooms booked.
Will hotel give me an issue with having 3 people in each room?
Will they provide a crib?
Thanks in advance.

Hey im planning a trip to bahamar in 2 weeks. I just checked and see all reservations for Cinko are booked out. One of the days has a 930pm slot available but that wont work with young kids.
Any ideas what to do? Will i not be able to get in for dinner?

Try calling the restaurant directly. We didn't make reservations and they somehow squeezed us in as well

Bring food and a betty crocker, hire babysitter, eat dinner in peace?

Much better idea.
Definitely should be bringing for lunch as the food is overpriced and not very tasty (IMHO)

We brought all the kids food with and warmed up in a betty. No brainer, saves a fortune and they like it better.
Even better now that the older kids can babysit in the room.

My brother stayed now at the Baha Mar using a GOH booking. He was told during his stay that he can spend $150 for breakfast at Knosh instead of going to Regatta since he keeps kosher and they will deduct it from his bill. I told him its not possible, they will end up charging him at checkout.. When he checked out they removed every single charge from Knosh he had LOL.
