There actually is-it's against the rules of grammar.
However, strictly speaking, you often may do so.
And there we have it.
It's still discouraged in most circles. And in many cases (pun intended) it actually is incorrect, like "He went there. And there.".
And even there it's not "actually" incorrect.
Many a great writer, both in novels and in newspapers, often employ that technique for style and flair.
Again, you gotta be able to put on your big boy pants to take command of the English language and bend it to your literary prowess, lest you remain stuck confined to third grade.
