No, if Lufthansa wants to get the attention and earn the respect of Jews, they need to take real steps towards combating antisemitism within their company. Placating the Jewish people with better Kosher meals as a consolation prize totally falls short of what they should be doing.

With due respect, I disagree with his take that the passenger was "angrily badgering" the LH rep. His voice is barely raised. Considering the circumstances, after a long flight, being denied boarding, and to a connecting flight on a tightly scheduled itinerary no less - which are all extremely agitating, I think the passengers displayed remarkable calm and patience.
