Does anybody find Shell to be more expensive than other gas stations? I always find shell to cost more per gallon and think that's how they always run these promotions (and stop and shop).

That's interesting. I never knew that. Why are some regulated and others not? And by whom is it regulated? Is it because on the highway it's more likely to be able to force driver's to buy from them?
