set up direct deposit on my own??

Hey guys, im trying to sign up for a checking  bonus that requires direct deposit but my work doesnt offer it, Is there anyway i can set up some sort of direct deposit myself??

Depends which bank but usually withdrawing from your Paypal or Amazon payments account to you bank account should work.
