I guess that was before he went to prison...
wow you get around!!!
Ok, that was awkward! I've generally very bad with names and faces, most of my extended family I don't know their names or how we're related, and that makes for many uncomfortable handshakes, but that's not the point. I just went to a park and met a guy I could have sworn I knew he was our one and only Dan, I knew his face, so reluctantly I went over and asked him "you look awfully familiar, are you Daniel Eleff?" "no... but next time I meet him I'll forward your regards, what's your name?" I said "my name is Moishel, he doesn't know me, I'm just a fan. Is this the first time someone mixes you up for him?" "Yes.... first!"As I walked away I knew something was wrong, this guy's face is too familiar, I couldn't have been mistaken, perhaps Dan was just not interested in a pesky fan? And then it hit me, the guy I went over to was Benny Friedman... I have no idea why I would mix them up besides for them both being Chabad, and around the same age, but now I'm officially embarrassed. So Benny, if you're reading this, I'd like to apologize for the awkwardness, I hope you'll forgive me.

Someone didn't read the title of the thread.
The title says "Famous", not "Well liked"
I assumed he read it as infamous not famous.
