Title: Showing saver on American, but not avail on BA
Post by: Hello234 on March 25, 2019, 11:06:02 AM
I'm trying to book a AA flight using BA, it shows avail in saver on AA, but not showing on BA. Is it a glitch? Any workaround? or what other points that transfers from Amex or UR can I book AA flights with?

Thanks

Call BA. Not all flights show up online but should be bookable by calling. Pretty common

Call BA and if they say they cannot find it tell them you see it's available and they should check again. Make sure that the booking fee for booking with an agent gets waived because it's not showing up online.

What amazes me is that your follow up post, after calling BA and booking was only 5 minutes after the suggestion post. Did you actually call BA, get a rep, and do a bookign in that amount of time?  Or do you have a way to game the DDf posting  system?

I think he called before he was advised to.
He figured it by himself.

I called once, and didn't have any help time. It was the Singapore office at night though. I also had a super helpful rep.

Do you have the Singapore number or the regular number connects there?

Am I the only one that has the heading of this thread make me think it has something to do with Showering and/or Shavers when I quickly skim through the thread titles?

On BA, look for contacts and toggle the location.
When itís after hours here, you can usually find an English speaking country thatís open.

I took the advice and called them, and booked the ticket. Did not have to wait on hold. Took 4 min.
