That's only when taking over a reservation he's already checked in. These reservations, you will use your own CC for all the incidentals.

And your statement is factually incorrect.
I'm sure it's YMMV based on the agent.

370K MT so about $2220
1/24-1/29 is 385K MT which can be bought for approximately $2310
1/12-1/17 is 340K MT

These valuations are based on a rate of .6 which in my experience is paid for when buying Marriot points for transfer to another Marriott account. When people buy for bookings they pay only .55 which makes these cash rates offered here even less appealing IMO.

So if you were to buy points to book these dates you would pay $550 per night for peak dates or $467.50 for standard. And for 5 nights you would get the lowest priced day free. You would pay between $1870 and $2200 for 5 nights.

Thus $3k for 5 nights might be good based on cash price of ~730+tax per night (checked 1/12 to 1/17) but is not a good deal if you can buy 340k points for $1870. Unless the more than $1k difference is made up in the value that you get from having a booking that comes from a Titanium account...  (personally doubt that whatever you get would be worth that much, but that's just me)

I'm batting 1.000 at getting GL oceanfront suites or better. You tell me what that's worth.

whats a GL oceanfront suite? And I remember you Saying you got a junior suite once so thatís not 1000 percent. And peak season is much harder and are you really showing up to check in to all these reservations?

That was on a starfriends rate when benefits don't apply IIRC. And I was upgraded after asking.

And peak season is much harder
Not always.
Hotels often fill up standard rooms and have to op-up top-tiers. Friend got a 4BR that way there.

are you really showing up to check in to all these reservations?
Happy to discuss with buyers via PM :)

What something like this is worth is honestly very personal.

If GL means Grand Luxe then personally it's not worth paying that much more for it. That's the room I got last time I was there without paying extra for it and it was absolutely wonderful but I wouldn't pay more for it. Maybe someone else would and that's ok. If you mean something else by GL please clarify.

For something better  like Imperial Suite or higher then yes, sure its a million percent worth it. However, it's not guaranteed you will get something that good.
