NY or Lakewood area.

I believe that is the Moznaim/Vagshal. says "Scanned Shas is ©Copyright Moznaim הוצאת ח. וגשל." on the bottom of the page you linked

Yup, didn't notice that. Also didn't realize that Vagshal had done a 'modern/computer' printing.
