Customer service will offer a promotional coupon off everything sold by Amazon for the price difference to a different color.
Doesn't mean you have to buy the other color...
My price difference was 11.19 so I got paid to not buy it.

Them to ship the order for you. They'll tell you that its a restricted item to your area. Point out that the other colors aren't restricted so that they should figure it out. When they tell you they can't, tell them it's unfair that you have to pay more for their companies issues. YMMV
