I was waiting for this, but I only see 15% off the $12.49 price for S&S.  Do you see otherwise now?

Checkout only gives me the 15% S&S discount.  Am I to infer that the discount will (or is it may?) appear only on the checkout screen?  Is this standard for discounts or only sometimes?  Perhaps I never paid attention.

I only see 5% for s&s but if you scroll down under offers it says save $2.90 at checkout.
