Chase told me the reason they suddenly went down, was they had to increase security on the website after BOA was hacked a day earlier.
So their basically making it seem that they weren't hacked & only Bank of America was. Chase that was a good one. :).

What I discovered is that chase changes their DNS info from time to time either for system maintenance or for security reasons (DDOS) so all you need to do it flush your dns:
Windows Button (start) > type: cmd (or go to "run" and type: cmd) > in the black box that opens type: ipconfig /flushdns
You should get a message confirming that it was done and then you are good to go

This may not be the solution to your chase website issue, but I have found times that chase.com did not work for me, it just gave a chrome error page and if I tested it on www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com it says it is working.
That site is limited, it only shows if the site cannot be found at all (e.g. a DNS error), but not if the site is having issues. http://downrightnow.com/ is much better, but only has a few sites (not Chase).

Was just in a Chase in monsey the manager says the whole Chase computer system is down all over the US is this a DDEfect?I have no problem logging in to my online account.
