once you are 2+ people a cab is maybe a few extra shek, and you go strait to your destination as opposed to sometimes an extra hour,
i have heard of 150 to 250 do some research and you can save time and money, i like Barelan taxi.

I didn't know the exact Nesher price so I went L'chumra (notice I wrote aprox).

Also as mentioned there are taxis for 150 shekel or less such as Daka 99.

Another option is a car rental for $25 from thrifty but that would entail a 5 min shuttle and you would have to pay gas.

Any hybrids in IL?  The gas always seems to cost more than the rental :(

Yes. But all included TLV - J'lem would still be cheaper with the smallest car.

IIRC they have diesel/solar cars available which gets more km for the gallon

I usually rent a Mazda 3. This past trip in Israel I got an upgrade to a Honda Civic and noticed a huge difference with how many miles I was making to the Gallon. It def pays to have a better car and save on Gas especially in Israel with those prices.

My question is not limited to TLV-Jlm, I'm saying, generally speaking, when renting a car in Israel (especially for a tourist, who's driving a lot around the country), the gas comes out so very expensive..
I guess this would apply to Europe too...

So is anyone familiar with e.g. a specific branch etc or dealer etc., where you can easily obtain a upgrade or for not much more $ to a Hybrid or solar whatever... ?

I can do it for you. The price is very reasonable on those cars.

That's nice, but you agents charge more than online.  I know you say that online doesn't include all the separate fees + insurance etc. However, I recently spoke to two different people, both unaffiliated with the other, and both rented from two separate rental companies and booked  from two different places online.  Both  rented for one day.  They both said, the fees did not add on that much money to their bill...
They both paid a lot more money in gas than for the actual rental!

Just rented a OW rentlal from jerusalem to TLV. Picked up at Thrifty @King David. No lines. Lady was extremely nice first she wanted to upgrade me to some car that found out it wasnt available and put me in a brand new mazda 3 with 150km. Drove around Jerusalem a little went to the airport and did not have to fill up with gas. They had a shuttle waiting to take me to the terminal. Best $25 spent here. BIG PROPS TO HOCKER FOR HOOKING ME UP!!!! Definitely recommended.

just to correct reb moshe shlita,
the bus to modi'in is 12.5 shekel plus 10 shekel on the train. so 22.5 shekel total. actual travel time is 45 minutes but that doesnt include time waiting for bus or train. the bus is veolis 110 and runs every half hour roughly. the train runs on the 3's and 42's usually, i.e. 1.03 1.42. 2.03. 2.42, etc..

If you leave directly from the tachana in Jerusalem, and have one suitcase and one carryon per person, is it the end of the world to take egged? Or are you better off waiting for nesher to pick you up and take you to all the stops to pick up all their passengers?

the total cost of this egged trip is 29.5 shekel, 24 for first segment and 5.5 for 2nd (airport area to actual terminal door). So bus to modiin and train is a bit cheaper (the train drops off right outside terminal 3, underneath the roadway is a train station, no hassles there). Bus also picks up/ drops off by bar ilan area (golda meir and ezras torah)

Had yuneeq been around when that thread was written boy would they have gotten it over the head.

Sorry but I think your are a bit confused. The daka 90 thread that you referred too is the same taxi company I was referring too. So yes you got the correct thread. However the proper name for that company is that daka 99 and not daka 90 as many people refer to it.

Thank you and next topic please.

This past trip to the airport I used shmuel lieberman 052 463 2100 he is a heimish american guy who lives here.  He charges per person but 300 is minimum.  Van can fit around 10 suitcases.  If your going alone it may not be worth it but more may be worth it.  May of been my best ride to the airport in 6 years.
I dont know if its available to all but he has the number to the guy who owns the large wagons that you can get when you land in BG and he calls him on the way and have someone wait for you by the van and when you get there the guy will take all your suitcases and bring it inside for 80 nis.
His brother runs a car service company in NY that if you need hell call and set up a time with him to pick you up from airport...pretty decent prices.

are these the best options for me if i need something to fit 4 ppl and 4 heavy suitcases plus handbags and a stroller tp the airport? what would the cost be?
I never used the daka 90 owner but Shmuel Lieberman I highly recommend.  Best ride to airport by far.  Ask him to order the big wagon to be waiting outside...worth 80 shek.

Sometimes they send drivers that aren't officially from them and they try to get more money. (they claim so many suitcases, helped you shlep, waited for you 3 mins,...)

I took them around ten times with no issues. One time they sent the guy to the wrong address, but everything worked out. I think the PEBKAC.

best and cheapest way is either to walk out of arrivals slowly and hope to be approached by frum guy that takes people (available mostly before bein hazmanim) or to take elevator up to departures entrance and BARGIN with an arriving taxi that just dropped someone off. they are absolutely forbidden to take fares from the airport and so will agree to almost any price bcuz there alternative is to go back empty. if you are doing this do not pay more then 150 for cab TOPS.

trust me on this I have a lot of experience

I've NEVER been approached by any frum guy in around twenty trips. The cab idea makes sense though!

Arrived this AM with wife and kid + 3 suitcases and stroller, took a can (my first time. I usually call one of these guys and meet em, but at 4 am no one wanted to come) and paid through the roof, 320₪ for a slow drive, and he stopped off for gas  >:(

Wow do I get annoyed when they do that. I already learned my lesson though. If a guy does that to me again I just wouldn't pay. Totally unacceptable.

I had one story where the taxi guy took me 'home' and I didn't have cash. All of. sudden when we get there he can't take credit and I too had specifically asked. All I had was a hundred dollar bill US in the house and I went to get it and we spent another half hour (at 3 in the morning) driving around trying to find someone who would change it. I was really young at the time (14?)  and clearly dumb. Or at least didn't have enough guts to tell the guy No, and just walk away.

My family I was going to called up the taxi service after and complained and I got back some sort of compensation.
The guy was clearly taking advantage.

When i take Daka 99(90)- i tell them how many luggages and people when i make the price- and i where i am going exactly!- i then confirm it before i leave the airport etc. so he cannot try to ask for more money- either way- i never had a driver even bother to ask for more when i used that method and i have no problem recommending them to anyone.

To bring back a previous argument
Daka 90-http://www.daka90.co.il (http://www.daka90.co.il) - travel agency
Daka 99- http://www.taxicab.co.il/%D7%94%D7%93%D7%A7%D7%9499-%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA/index.html - cab company

And to really confuse all
Daka 99- is also a travel agency! - http://daka99.com/ (i dont think its connected to the cab company)

I agreed already. Didn't realize how much this would break the bank.
In a 12-day period:
TLV-JER
JER-SDV (to eilat)
SDV-JER (from eilat)
JER-TLV

That's like $200 just in cabs. Lol?

Walking/maybe a bus. The furthest walk we have is Rechavia to the Kotel and what's that? 1/2 hour - 45 min through the beautiful Yerushalayim?? :)

Fun with 2 ppl and a few bags, getting dropped off at the tachana and taking a taxi from there to final destination? Doesn't seem so fun...

Yeah for 2 people it would probably be 120-140 shek, but you have to deal with all the stops they make. And I need to make this trip 4 times. 180 is about $10 more for the convenience. Plus, if I can work out a deal with the driver, that would be great.

If your not taking a lot of luggage to eilat you can take a bus to the modiain train station and take a train to the airport. It would cost you about 30-40 shek pp

We're not taking much luggage anywhere lol and that is a good price, but it probably also means a bus/taxi in Yerushalayim to the tachana. So it's bus, bus, train. Probably just as long/annoying as Nesher. thanks for the idea though

Well you cant have it both ways, you have to choose between comfort and price and it dosent get much cheaper then 180 for a taxi.
In regards to eilat, did you consider renting? It can save you the price of the taxi to the airport, flight cost and taxis in eilat. When you factor in all the traval time to and from the airport it dosent take that much longer to drive.

True true.

Did not consider renting and flight is already paid for. Got a pretty good deal on flight+hotel, so I went for it. Driving is like 6 hours-ish? Give an hour to get to the airport, 2 hours in the airport and an hour flight, is still conveniently faster than driving. (Hotel has a shuttle from ETH.)

Driving from and to jerusalem is 3:15/3:30 per side IME.
Thats what I avraged in the 7-8 times I went in the last year and a half.
If you got a good deal, dont feel bad. Enjoy not having to drive and free pretzels. Also the eilat cabs arent that expensive the bus inside eilat is less then 5 shek iinm and some things you can walk to. Drink alot of water and have fun.

According to the wiki, walking is free.
Assuming your looking for more convenience why not just take a taxi, I can't imagine it being over 25-30 shekel. You can use get taxi for the 30 shek free if you never used it.

Nesher is the cheapest about 65 shekel a person. You don't have to reserve before.

Make sure to be exact with them when ordering, as the drivers nickel and dime you!

Calling when you arrive is usually enough time. You can tell them to wait in the parking lot on the second floor.

They tell you to call when you have the luggage already.
But then you will need to wait for him, because he won't enter before he has a ride.
So better call after landing or passport control and have him wait for you a few minutes.
It usually takes them 15 to come, depends where the car is, they circle and circle....

They all wait at second floor gate 23

Amount of passengers can change what pays off, I was speaking about one person with busses it's per person with cheaper fares for kids with a taxi you would pay mostly the same. Although it would be probably around 200 for that...

Is a sheirut still the best option? It's 65 per person? Anything else we should be considering?

bus is the cheapest.
Taxi is usually cheaper than sheirut for that group size.
And I think sheirut went down to 61.

You paid 64 or were told 64? Since if you pay 64 they don't give change.

Pretty sure was told 64. Actually ended up paying 70, as it was taking a while for a tenth person to come and everyone in the nesher just wanted to leave. Based on the fact it was 70 per person for 9, it's possible it was actually 63.

Quite common for people to pay $20. It's only a few shekel more that the person wouldn't really feel the difference, and for someone without shekalim, it's worth the difference for the convenience.

There are taxis that charge 150-170 shekel at that price you can get 2 cabs for about $100.

Yes and No. They have the Uber app and you can use it to order rides. Unfortunately, at this point in time you can only order Taxis and not private cars so there is really no difference between them and Gett at this point. Both are very expensive to order rides to and from the airport and you can do much better using a private company or Daka 99. Plus with Daka 99, you can bargain with them which you can't do on an app.

Not more than 350

Problem with those is that there isnt enough luggage space for everyone. Ie it cant fit 14 suitcases.

Either way, I think I can get those also for 350

It can fit 18 or 20 passengers (don't remember exactly) so if you only have 12-14 people you should be able to fit all the suitcases. IME that is a good price for a van that size but if you have someone like that for 350 shek I can really use the number.

It's a little hard to find. If your on the arrivals floor you have go up a set of escalators, or elevators to the floor with the shul and rental cars. Go out that door and you will a bus stop (after crossing over outside) in the middle row.

call right when you land and they'll (daka 99) will send a taxi to pick you up I believe it's 180nis.
If you take one from the airport stand they charge 300nis.
Have you considered taking the bus? It's really convenient (depending on how many pax and time of day of course)

5 people plus suitcases won't fit in a regular taxi. You're going to need a van which would cost ~375/400
IMO for 5 pax it's not worth taking the bus but it's up to you, it's definitely the cheapest option (16nis pp) but only gets you to the entrance of Jerusalem.

Van, if pre ordered, shouldn't be more than 350
Phone Number?
What size van?

Thanks! 5 people and suitcases, is the bus a better option? This thread made taxi seem better, expected cost 350
5 people plus suitcases won't fit in a regular taxi. You're going to need a van which would cost ~375/400
IMO for 5 pax it's not worth taking the bus but it's up to you, it's definitely the cheapest option (16nis pp) but only gets you to the entrance of Jerusalem.
if you're paying 400 it's worth it to take two taxis already @180mis.
And once you get to the tachaneh take a regular bus.
You can either use Google Maps to know which buses to take or use an app called" move it", should you decide to take the buses.

Can someone please clarify what is the cheapest & best private transport from airport to jerusalem? Both for a van and a regular car.

Please include price and contact info.

The cheapest way is not private and it's the bus beyond that nesher which not private either. The next cheapest is taxi companies,  there is some variation in taxi companies that changes periodically. Soon beh there will be a train which will be the fastest and cheapest...but not private.
Also the thread never claims to deal exclusively with private transportation.

There is no set cheapest one. The cheaper ones get more expensive as they get more popular. The ride should cost between 150-200 for a car and can really depends on how many passengers and suitcases. Assume 250-350.

How do I get one for the price you mention? (200nis/350nis)

I'm really curious who wanted those prices. Even an airport taxi isn't close to that price.
There are private ones that's are even cheaper but bar ilan taxi and Daka 99 should be 180-200 for a car.
I don't have the other numbers on me this moment.

Used to be around 300 I believe but they changed the way it works a couple months ago. Now it's cheaper though not sure exact price and even significantly cheaper than that if you go upstairs to departures.
Even Gett is a set price of 249.
Not sure about vans although whenever I had checked they had vans.

Your basically asking for a new thread titled "Please use this taxi company"
And then, as we start giving them business...
cheaper ones get more expensive as they get more popular.

485 bus -> light rail -> 5 min walk down hill to WAJ worked great for me

16 NIS for bus (cash)
5.90 NIS for train (cc)

Did the reverse on the way back to TLV, but the uphill walk from hotel to train is kind of a schlep (though probably worthwhile after a week of those breakfasts ).

Be careful during busy season as my wife got stuck at the tachana merkazit (on the way to tlv) while a swarm of people came on. Took 30 mins to get everyone seated.. Ant then when they got to tlv they had to go first to T1 for a couple and that took ages to find their suitcase. She almost missed her flight.

I agree. Trains are much easier then buses. Also on trains you can stand so after a long flight it will much more convenient to take the train. Also this leaves every half hour. So if it really works it make going to/from the airport so much easier.

Mini TR
getting to the actual train took about 10-12min including 2 elevators and an escalator.
Ride took 25min and you come out at arrivels.

Bottom line
If flying solo it's a great option!
Flying with kids/baggage I wouldn't recommend it
There is no place on the train for big suitcases

only has space above the seats big enough for a hand luggage, also getting on the train there is a step and then another 4/5 steps to go the upper/lower deck
The train was I'd say 30/35% full

You should be able to, I think its based on your Rav Kav number. The English speaking phone number for it is *9025 or you can call Israel Railways and they will direct you to a Israeli number to call to reserve.

Trip Report J-Lem to Airport and Back

Train Trip Pics:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SCMOG62-Lf0sRRdOxNG6k5FNSI0J74Hq (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1SCMOG62-Lf0sRRdOxNG6k5FNSI0J74Hq)

I took the train to try it out and some questions I had before I went was, Is it easy to get into the train station, how deep is platform and do you really have to go so far down, Is it doable with a luggage and/or kids, How long does the ride really take from leaving  Yerushalyim to arriving in the airport, Is the ride scenic, Is the ride smooth, Ultimately I wanted to know is it a good alternative to taking a tender ( shared taxi) from the airport and is using this train a good alternative to taking buses if I want to go to Tel Aviv or points farther?

To start off, there is an underground tunnel from right outside the Central Bus Station in which you can walk through. The tunnel goes under the street and under the light rail tracks and leads you straight in to the main level of Navon Train Station. The Navon Station starts off a level below ground ( -1). This the level where any non-ticketed or non-security screened passengers can go.  It also the level in which you buy train tickets, (you can also buy at ticketing area). For the first three months any train tickets you “buy” at the train station are free but specifically if you buy it at the Navon train station.  Meaning that if you want to go Haifa just purchase a round trip ticket and you can go from Yerushalyim to Haifa for free – with a stop train change in the airport.
There was small line for security checks, after the security checks you go down the escalator to the ticketing level, if you already “bought” your ticket then you go through the electric turnstiles in which you put your Rav Kav on the machine and the electric gates open up.  Then down three escalators, yes, three!  By the last escalator there are big huge metal doors, probably its door to the bomb shelter,  that’s where the bomb shelter starts! After the three escalators you walk down a small hallway and then there is a separation if you want to go platforms 1 & 2 or 3 & 4. Currently only platforms 1 & 2 are open. In order to get the platform you need to make a left and go down another smaller escalator and then finally you arrive at the platform level!

The train was already there when I got down there. I was probably around  8 minutes early.  The train itself was a regular Israel Railways train. There was a really small gap in between platform and train, plus one or 2 steps to get on to train. They had a few seats right when you got on and then you were able to go up or down. The top was pretty full, I assume the bottom had more room but there the train overall had lots of people on it.  There a small amount of space put suitcases in each rail car. Don’t how to describe so see picture. There are bathrooms are the train which are nice for anyone who has come from long plane ride and made sure to keep hydrated.
The ride is mainly in tunnels and some bridges and not that scenic. It does give a nice view of some random landscape however the most notable is bridge is the one that anyone that has been to Yerushalyim in the past 5 years have seen them building, the bridge that is along the new Highway One bridge. The bridge does offer so nice views and you ride on the bridge around 3 minutes after the Navon Train Station and the last nice view is approaching the airport you get pass by Terminal One, a view of parked airplanes and the Hertz Rental Car parking lot.
The ride itself took the 23 minutes, from the time we left Yershalyim till we arrived I got off the train in the airport. You arrive where all the trains arrive in the airport, a level below the arrivals.  I however turned right back around and went right back on the train. The ride back also took exactly 23 minutes. The ride back was also emptier and there less people on the train.

Arriving back in Yerushalyim at the Navon Train Station I wanted to answer my questions about it is easy to use the train with strollers and/or suitcases so I made sure to find the elevators.  The first elevator takes you from the platform to the platform split level ( you can either go to platform 1&2 or 3&4 on this level), then you need still to walk the small hallway and then instead of the 3 escalators you need can take an elevator all the way up the ticketing level, then from the elevator you need to switch elevator leave the “ticketing area” and go up another level to -1 level and from there you can take an elevator to street level. Meaning navigating four elevators.
Overall the experience was nice and it was fun to be able to go back and forth from Yershulayim to the Airport in less than an hour.  I would definitely take the train to the airport if I was by myself and also with someone else ( aka. a wife or a friend) however If I had suitcases and a stroller I would think twice about doing it but its not crazy especially if you leave yourself enough time and you know exactly where all the elevators are and plan accordingly.

2. Do I need to have a RavKav to ride, or can I purchase free-standing tickets?
3. If must have RavKav, are such cards transferable (i.e., can I use my son's?)
4. If it's not free, or when it becomes not free, what is/will be the fare o/w and/or r/t?

Correct you can "purchase" a train ticket to anywhere in country for free if you buy at the ticket kiosk @  Navon. Make sure you get a roundtrip ticket.

2. Do I need to have a RavKav to ride, or can I purchase free-standing tickets?
No you just need RavKav to put the voucher on. Once in the station you purchase a free standing train ticket at one of the machines.

3. If must have RavKav, are such cards transferable (i.e., can I use my son's?)
Theoretically, just put in his RavKav number when making the voucher reservation and make sure to bring that RavKav to the station.

4. If it's not free, or when it becomes not free, what is/will be the fare o/w and/or r/t?
The pamphlet they gave out introducing the train says its 12 shekal and then in a few years will become 24 shekal, so maybe that is only from Navon, suprised to hear people payed 17 shek.

They seem to only be tough about that and the voucher business in the Jerusalem station. My guess is because it’s easier to enforce when you have an entire station entrance you can block off.

I'm not sure I understand.
Do I need a RavKav to buy a ticket fro the airport to JRLM? Do I buy it ahead of time, in the  station, or on the train? And if I buy ahead of time for a specific train and then my flight comes in late, could I use the ticket for a later train?

You need to have a voucher associated with a Rav Kav, you make the voucher/ reservation can do it online or call a phone number.

The actual ticket can be purchased at the station.

Actually it seems like this whole voucher is gona end soon. They are a little strict about it but its so easy to get past them.
If you give the "voucher guards" your Rav Kav ( with out a voucher on it) and they say something, sometimes they wont even say anything, you can mumble something in English and the'll let you on.

So if I'm a visitor with no ravkav, I can't take the train?

By the train ticketing station you can probably pick up a Rav Kav or ask them.
Depending who you are traveling with that might be the better option.
If your by yourself then get a paper ticket and then try to slip past the "guards".

So I guess yes you can just buy a train ticket directly from the machine.

Hi. We are on the train now from airport to Navon. So far exactly as @jose34 described.  Nice clean train. Almost empty.  A few steps up or down once inside the double decker train car.  Elevators at the TLV station.  Bought tix with Capital one visa via automated machine no Problem. 17NIS pp.

Quick question — is there a shul or shteeble close the train/bus station or walking toward Crowne Plaza? I need to say Kaddish and shkiah is in about 25minutes so looking for a place that has mincha b’zman. Thanks!

Still susposed to be free; who said they were charging at the station?

https://www.rail.co.il/en/pages/updates/jerusalem-naovn-opening.aspx
Jerusalem to the national railway track grid and opening up the Yitzchak Navon Train Station in Jerusalem From Tuesday, 25.9.18.

As of the inauguration date of the line and for a 90 day period thereafter.

That means the free period ends December 25.
Can anyone please confirm its still free?

Ask around. I'm sure someone will be willing to split a cab with you.
Make sure you order one from Daka 90 or some other company with normal pricing instead of the over priced, tourist trap, airport taxis.

Its standardized pricing, unless you order from a private person and they meet some other place - other then the taxi stand.

http://www.iaa.gov.il/en-US/airports/bengurion/Pages/TaxiFareCalculator.aspx
Wrong!
"Standardized pricing" is a scam meant for tourists. No Israeli would pay 350 shekel (about $100) to get from the airport to Jerusalem.

Taxi rides from Jerusalem to the airport are around 170-200 shekel. There is no reason taxis should charge almost double what they do for the ride to the airport especially if they came with a paying passenger and their alternative is to drive back empty.

Call Daka 99 and it should be about 180-200 shekel. Try not to sound American on the phone.

You've been to taxi stand at the airport and have gotten those prices - under $200?

Just to Airport, you can switch at Airport and go from there to Tel Aviv, will take about an hour depending on where you need to get off.

Pretty sure there are 2 trains otherwise they could not maintain the schedule if you look here you can see that the article speaks of multiple trains operating this route.

The article mentions how they want to cut down the train to once per hour. However the schedule still shows the same every half hour.

It's not a specific article, it's all the articles about the train, I wouldn't call Israeli media the most reliable thing that ever happened...
In any event if you look at the first article it says:
"רכבת ישראל הודיעה הבוקר (ג') כי בשל "תקלה באחת הרכבות בקו המהיר"
Stating one of the trains the implication being there are multiple trains.

Now I'm confused. Are they shortening it to one per hour or they are making night hours also?
Maybe at night one per hour but they are twice a half hour during the day?

Your second link is unrelated it's about a new road that was opened (437).
Re the train, it's not really to tel aviv it's to the airport and they are expanding hours but still have issues. Meaning the schedule will have now longer hours which will also be subject to the malfunctioning of less hours...

OK, my flight is scheduled to land at 3:35 AM. what are the chances i have an option besides
a) a one way rental
b) a taxi

both of which cost a lot more than i want to spend on it.
I have a similar request.
Landing at 2:35 AM on May 21
Alone only one suitcase.
No trains until 8:30 and don't want to spend the $200 on a cab.
Hope I'll find someone to split at that hour.

Not really a drop...half the time. 21 mins vs. 45 mins

The bus is good. The thing is that it runs only once an hour and is dependent on traffic conditions (obviously not an issue at late/early hours). Also I would say the train is slightly more accessible.

Not counting that you need to get to the station a good 10-15 minutes early, especially with luggage.

I would assume better not to bring it but YMMV.
I was there a few weeks ago and a guy tried to put a small pocket knife through and then called him over and asked for his ID etc...
They let him go after a second...

So not sure if this is the poster above or not but I was just helping someone with a bunch of bags on the way to the airport, he was bringing a "challah knife" turns out it was more like an ornamental knife hard to claim it resembled a challa knife anyways the guy was held up for a while and not sure what happened(I had to catch my train), my suggestion to anyone bringing a knife is to take the bus from a stop outside the bus station so you dont go through security,  at the very least you will be held up which is quite upsetting before a flight.

Pro tip for train: if you are coming with suitcases or just want to save 5 minutes sit in the last car which is the closest to the one elevator. You can know this if you are facing the train the the last car will be the car farthest to your left. Chag Sameach!

so sorry it's the farthest to the right if you are facing the train. Also take note that the door that opens is the opposite side from the one you come into so you should not pile your suitcases there, people are not too happy about that...

Either a large van or 2 cabs. I'd price out both and go with the cheaper.

For large van, I always use Zion  (052-384-3221 or email him at ziontaxi@windowslive.com). For a cab, Bar Ilan has always been the cheapest (other than the private drivers who do it as a side gig)... Be aware if you take a Bar Ilan cab, you'll need to walk to a different lot than the main one, as only 1 taxi company can do pickups from the taxi level, and they are a rip off (over 100 shekel more than Bar Ilan IIRC).
