Title: Where to credit El Al flights to
Post by: AharonInIsrael on October 20, 2013, 04:25:44 PM
I just realized that the El Al flight I took this summer was not registered under my Matmid account, meaning that I can theoretically credit it somewhere else. I would do it to AA, but have only become a member recently (after the flight), and according to their website official rules cannot credit it to them. Has anyone had any success getting them to waive this requirement? If not, is there some other airline I can credit the miles to?

Any OneWorld alliance member? Even BA? They don't have an option on their website for that.

How's this?

AA has some very good redemption values from TLV if you want to fly east. (But I feel like I've written that 10 times over the last week.)

My bad.

Somehow I read it correctly, but then thought he was flying AA.

To revise: can only be credited to LY's partners.

You didn't need to fax anything to AA? That seems much more convenient!
